Designed as self-contained air chambers installed at cleanroom entrances, our air showers ensure that personnel are thoroughly cleansed of contaminants. As individuals pass through, high-velocity HEPA-filtered air jets—reaching speeds of up to 6000 FPM—dislodge and remove particulate matter, significantly reducing the risk of contamination entering the cleanroom.

The contaminated air is drawn into the base unit, where it undergoes filtration before being recirculated back into the chamber. This continuous filtration and recirculation process ensures high operational efficiency, maintaining a clean, safe, and controlled environment in line with global cleanroom standards.
